This is a breathtaking example of the the Rhea 750, a craft that offers quality, practicality, fine sea keeping and strong performance. The Rhea 750 is a safe boat too, the walk around decks are deep and provide the feeling of being in, rather than on the boat. The helmsman has the luxury of a side opening door to give instant and easy access to the side decks, when fishing you are able to steer from the cockpit where there is also a throttle/shift control and a trolling valve for fine speed control. The comfortable, heated, wheelhouse features a cooker and sink, the two berth cabin is also equipped with a sea toilet. A Yanmar 240hp shaft drive diesel can provide fast cruising speeds when required; the ability to access the propeller from the cockpit and clear it of debris is another important safety feature that this fine craft offers. The bow thruster makes handling in close quarters incredibly easy. This boat is offered for sale in immaculate condition, she also boasts a huge inventory which is detailed below.

Broker's Comments

This craft has enjoyed only one, obsessive owner. I seriously doubt that a more fully equipped Rhea 750 has ever been built, certainly the factory fitted teak finishing is both beautiful and unique. The Rhea 750 is a boat built for those who appreciate a modern take on a proper semi displacement leisure fisher combined with good sea keeping, high quality construction and practicality.

Owner's Comments

i bought "Venus" new and had her very comprehensively equipped. I chose this particular Yanmar engine as I knew it had an excellent reputation in commercial use, also I did not want to go down the route of an engine that relies too much on electronics (ECUs etc) to run. I felt and still feel that a more mechanical engine has far less chance of running into "issues". I have kept the boat in Poole throughout her life and cruised the harbour, local waters and carried out some mid channel fishing trips.

"Venus" is a fine caft, she has a good dry ride and is ideal for single handed use. I have been meticulous in my care for her, I think her hull looks as good as when she left the factory!
