2022 NAUTITECH 44 OPEN equipped with 2x Volvo Penta (50hp) diesel engines. She is in excellent condition and with upgraded equipment pack for performance cruising. The Owner has chosen equipment to provide a light and fast boat capable of 18 knots. Lighter equipment and watermaker (eliminating need of full watertanks) with better sails including square mainsail, gennaker and paraglider for optimum sailing performance. This highly rated catamaran has only had one owner and is available in the Mediterranean. It comes with the owner’s layout with owner’s private cabin and large bathroom in port hull, and with 2 guest cabins in starboard hull. Spacious salon and cockpit connected to provide one spacious living area, and a sunlounge on the bow. A catamaran equipped for blue water cruising capable of providing performance sailing independently with generator, starlink (satellite carried internet) and watermaker. Well worth a visit!
