The Bavaria C46 set to premiere on the world stage at Southampton International Boat Show 2023.
The newest in Bavaria’s highly successful C-Line range raises the standards for racer/cruiser yachts once again.

Pairing sailing performance and fantastic levels of customisation the Bavaria C46 really has it all. The classic Bavaria V-bow and the distinctive chines that we have become accustomed to on the C-Line Yachts give the boat a fantastic ability to cut through the water whilst providing a fast, efficient conversion from wind speed to speed through the water. This combined with a twin helm-position and self-tacking jib, allows the boat to be sailed single-handed with ease.
But an excellent sailing performance and sleek lines above deck aren’t the only things the C46 has to offer. Internally, the marriage between the Bavaria and Cossutti Yacht Design teams have proven yet again the success of their relationship by providing a space which puts the owner’s experience onboard first. The 4.7m beam, which extends to the very aft of the boat, gives the boat a feel of a yacht twice her size and the needs of the owner are at the forefront of the yacht’s design. With the option of a three, four or five cabin layout new owners have the luxury of deciding what their needs entail; whether that’s the ability to sleep plenty of crew comfortably or to have the space for a full utility room to keep the creature comforts of a land-based existence, the choice is yours.
The galley and saloon echo those of Bavaria’s well sought after Cruiser 51 with galley work tops running down the port side and plenty of optional extras allowing you to fit out the kitchen of your dreams even at sea. The light, airy feel to the saloon paired with the large seating area creates a brilliant entertaining space for guests; whilst the additional option of having the table convert into an extra double berth means that there is plenty of space for extra guests to stay the night. Despite the open feel to the space there are of grab rails running along the sides of the galley so you can enjoy the space without feeling insecure in your footing in larger seas.
Up on deck there are plenty of spaces to enjoy your time relaxing on the water. Bavaria are consistently striving to make every part of the boat as usable as possible and with the ability to lounge on the foredeck, relax into the cockpit cushions or sit and enjoy your time on the bathing platform, the C46 is no exception.
