Description

A well-equipped Nautitech 46 Fly from the first production year of this popular flybridge catamaran, now available for sale in Valencia, Spain. Previously operated in charter, she presents as a comprehensively specified cruising catamaran with a substantial factory options package across Holiday, Exclusive and Navigation packs, plus several meaningful upgrades.

The 4-cabin layout with 4 heads provides comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests, with the added bonus of two extra berths fitted in the forepeak on both port and starboard sides. The open-plan saloon connects seamlessly to the cockpit and up to the flybridge, giving that characteristic Nautitech sense of space and light at every level.

Power comes from an upgraded pair of Volvo Penta 55 HP diesel saildrive engines — a step up from the standard fit — providing confident performance in all conditions. The rig features a furling mainsail, making short-handed sailing straightforward from the well-equipped flybridge.

Navigation is handled by a full Garmin suite: a GPSmap 7412 chartplotter on the flybridge, GHP 20 hydraulic autopilot, AIS receiver, and VHF at both helm stations — giving the skipper full situational awareness whether up top or below.

The cockpit is the social heart of the boat: a large Flexiteek-covered space with a teak table seating 10, full cockpit enclosure with door and sun net, blue LED courtesy lighting, two LED spotlights under the bridgedeck, and extensive cushioning including the aft cockpit bench and front deck lounge area with foldable three-part cushions that convert to a sunbathing mattress. Fusion marine audio with Bluetooth and USB connectivity serves the saloon, cockpit and flybridge independently.

Additional practical features include a remote anchor windlass with chain counter at the helm station, a galvanised Delta anchor with 60m of chain, an electrical winch at the flybridge helm station, mosquito screens for all deck hatches, 12V sockets in every cabin and the saloon, and a foldable aluminium gangway of 2.5m. A davit and cleat system with manual winch is fitted for tender handling.

Below decks the finish is warm and well-appointed with Comfort upholstery in the saloon, indirect dimmable LED lighting in the aft cabin and saloon, stainless steel rails in the saloon and forward cabins, and 12V fans throughout — two per cabin and two in the saloon.
